Ingredients:
3 kilograms of soybeans
3 kilograms of sugar
10 liters of water
1 cup of old ginger
2 tablespoons of Jey (a type of coagulant used for making tofu)
1 pandan leaf
Brown sugar or any alternative sweetener of your choice
Cooking Time:
Tofu Pudding:
- Soak the soybeans in room temperature water for 3 hours, then wash them thoroughly.
